Damen Shipyards Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to transform finance reporting into actionable business insights. You will deliver management reporting, financial analyses, budgeting support, KPI reporting, and BI solutions across Finance and Business Control teams.

The role emphasizes partnering with Finance Managers, Operations Leaders, and Analytics teams to standardize KPI frameworks, enhance planning processes, and improve visibility of performance using Power BI

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of FP&A, financial reporting or business analysis experience.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards and management reporting solutions.
• Experience supporting Finance, Controlling, or Performance Management functions.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Finance and Operations.
• Experience within manufacturing, maritime, engineering, industrial, construction, project-based, or shared services environments is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain management reports, financial dashboards, and executive performance scorecards.
• Analyze financial and operational performance trends and identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
• Deliver meaningful insights into revenue, cost, margin, profitability, and operational performance.
• Prepare management reporting packs and presentations for business leadership.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Create meaningful visualizations that support executive and operational decision-making.
