Job Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to support day-to-day financial operations. The role involves managing payment documentation, maintaining financial records, assisting with export LC processes, and supporting the Finance Manager with general and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payment Processing:
    • Prepare documentation for local and related party payments.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier and expense payments.
  • Export LC Handling:
    • Manage documentation and application process for Export Letters of Credit (LCs).
    • Coordinate with banks and internal departments for LC requirements.
  • Financial Data Entry & Accuracy:
    • Record daily transactions in financial systems.
    • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before posting entries.
  • Reporting & Monitoring:
    • Update and maintain daily MIS reports for internal tracking.
    • Monitor and reconcile financial data to ensure consistency.
  • Documentation & Filing:
    • Maintain well-organized electronic and physical filing systems for all finance-related documents.
  • General Support:
    • Provide administrative and general support to the Finance Manager and team as needed.
Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes and documentation standards.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
