Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Finance Director on behalf of a diversified holding company in the UAE. The Finance Director will lead the organization's financial strategy, governance, planning, and performance management across multiple business entities. This leadership role will partner closely with executive management to drive growth, optimize capital allocation, and ensure financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support investments, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives.
• Oversee treasury, risk management, taxation, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Ensure timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting across all group entities.
• Drive operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team, including the Financial Controller.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic decision‑making and business transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 15+ years of finance leadership experience, including senior management roles.
• Proven experience within diversified groups, holding companies, or large multi‑entity organizations.
• Strong expertise in corporate finance, financial strategy, M&A, treasury, and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational growth and financial transformation initiatives.
