Job summary

Arla Foods Kuwait is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the finance agenda across the Kuwait business, ensuring strong governance, consolidation and performance management. You will partner with the commercial team and liaise with the JV partner and auditors from the Kuwait leadership team, while reporting to the Finance Director in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance or Management Accounting required.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance analysis or business partnering.
• Strong financial accounting fundamentals and IFRS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the JV financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and monthly closing.
• Lead monthly forecasting and ensure transparency of performance.
• Reflect trade and marketing investments accurately within ERP systems.
• Develop reporting, profitability analysis and financial insights for decisions.
• Serve as finance partner to Kuwait leadership and commercial teams.
