What You’ll Be Doing :

1. Ensure accurate, timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS or local laws.
2. Ensure compliance with tax, reporting, and regulatory requirements (e.g., VARA, MiCA, FCA).
3. Manage external audits and coordinate with auditors.
4. Develop and implement regional financial strategies to support growth.
5. Create financial models to assess opportunities and risks.
6. Implement systems and processes for accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.
7. Drive automation and process improvements.
8. Build and lead a high-performing finance team across the EMEA region.
9. Foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
10. Stay updated on regional financial regulations and crypto market trends.

What We Look For In You :

1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2. ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification.
3. 12+ years of progressive financial leadership, preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
4. Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain, and digital assets.
5. Expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and EMEA regulations (e.g., VARA, MiCA, FCA).
6. Experience with financial systems like Oracle NetSuite and automation tools.
7. Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
8. Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
9. Experience managing multi-currency operations and teams across jurisdictions.
