Job description

Smart Vision for Information Systems, a leading IT service provider, is seeking an experienced Finance Director to manage the finance team and support the strategic goals of the organization. The role will focus on optimizing financial functions, driving ERP post-implementation, and aligning sales incentives with company objectives.

In addition, the Finance Director will lead procurement management efforts to streamline processes, foster strong supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective, timely delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead financial management, governance, and forecasting.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and optimization of the ZOHO ERP system across finance, procurement, payroll, projects, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement effective sales incentive schemes that align with company goals.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and leadership team, ensuring financial decisions support business objectives.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, financial audits, and mitigate financial risks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while ensuring coordination across departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Procurement Management : Develop and execute strategies to optimize procurement processes, build supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery, and assess supplier performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; CPA, CA, or ACCA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in financial management, ideally within the IT or software industry .
  • Strong expertise in ZOHO ERP , financial modelling , and business analytics .
  • Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
