Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Manager Data Science - Finance to lead the delivery of advanced analytics projects that drive financial performance and manage risk. You will supervise a team of data scientists, build predictive models, and create dashboards and KPIs that inform strategic decisions.

You will translate complex analytics into clear insights for executives, shaping finance strategy and performance measurement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or MSc in Financial Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science and analytics with a strong focus on finance
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Databricks, and machine learning libraries including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ARIMA, SARIMA, and Prophet
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, Git, and data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of financial data science projects to improve performance and manage risk.
• Oversee a team of data scientists and develop predictive models and KPI dashboards.
• Generate actionable financial insights and communicate with stakeholders
