Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MSc in Financial Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data science and analytics, preferably within finance or financial services.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Databricks and modern data science platforms.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Practical knowledge of ARIMA, SARIMA, and Prophet forecasting techniques.
• Experience with MLOps and Git.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools including Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly.
• Ability to explain complex data science concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of predictive models for financial and risk-related use cases.
• Develop financial KPIs, performance metrics, and risk dashboards to support decision-making.
• Analyze financial data using time series analysis, anomaly detection, and stress testing.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists working on finance and analytics projects.
• Ensure analytics solutions align with business objectives and financial priorities.
