Job summary

Pangulf Furniture invites fresh graduates or final-year students to join as an Accounting & Data Entry Intern at its Sharjah operations. You will support daily bookkeeping, vendor billing, and document management across a dynamic manufacturing and retail environment.

The role offers a hands-on training path within the finance team and the opportunity to earn a monthly stipend while gaining practical corporate experience. Immediate onboarding is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline (completed or final year).
• Visa requirement: UAE residency visa (Student, Family or Spouse sponsorship).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and spreadsheets).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Input daily transactional records, vendor invoices, purchase orders, and delivery slips into the primary accounting database.
• Assist in updating accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer billing ledgers.
• Maintain organized physical and digital records, including receipts, bank statements, and purchase orders.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and bank statements against internal accounting entries.
• Track inventory updates and update financial reports using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
• Provide routine administrative support to the finance department while maintaining confidentiality.
