Job summary

Shun Shing Group International Limited is seeking a senior finance professional to lead centralized financial oversight across UAE entities, ensuring accurate consolidated reporting and strong financial controls. The role focuses on multi-entity consolidation, cross-entity alignment, and governance, with close collaboration with treasury and trading finance teams.

You will drive system improvements, enhance cash visibility and dashboards, and coordinate audits while supporting senior management

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in financial consolidation or group reporting.
• Strong track record in multi-entity consolidation across entities in the UAE.
• Experience with VAT compliance in UAE and relevant tax regulations.
• Background in trading/manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive system improvements and automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly consolidated financials for UAE entities and deliver accurate reports.
• Standardize formats, timelines, and management dashboards (P&L, cash flow, working capital).
• Coordinate cross-entity alignment for manufacturing, trading, treasury and credit functions.
• Strengthen internal controls and lead audit coordination and compliance efforts.
• Enhance cash visibility and working capital reporting in collaboration with treasury.
• Drive Oracle/ERP system enhancements and prepare for UAE e-invoicing requirements.

Purpose

To provide centralized financial oversight across GCF Cemcoa DMCC and SPS ensuring accurate consolidated reporting strong financial controls and alignment of finance operations treasury and trading activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Consolidation & Reporting

• Prepare and own monthly consolidated financials across UAE entities
• Standardize reporting formats and timelines
• Deliver management dashboards (P&L cash flow working capital)

2. Cross-Entity Alignment

• Integrate:
  • Manufacturing finance (GCF)
  • Trading finance (Cemcoa)
  • Treasury & credit
• Ensure consistent financial treatment and reporting

3. Controls & Governance

• Review accounting outputs from all entities
• Strengthen internal controls and reduce manual risk areas
• Lead audit coordination and compliance

4. Working Capital & Cash Visibility

• Provide consolidated view of:
  • AR aging
  • Inventory
  • Payables
  • Cash flow
• Work closely with Treasury Manager on liquidity planning

5. Process & System Improvement

• Reduce reliance on manual invoicing and adjustments
• Drive Oracle system enhancements
• Prepare organization for UAE e-invoicing requirements

6. Business Support

• Support MD with:
  • Financial insights
  • Scenario analysis
  • Decision-making support

Profile Required

• 1015 years experience
• Strong multi-entity consolidation experience
• UAE experience (VAT compliance)
• Background in trading manufacturing preferred
• Strong systems mindset (Oracle or ERP)
