Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, audit, financial control, or related finance environment.
• Previous audit exposure is essential with strong attention to financial accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS and core accounting principles.
• Professional accounting credentials such as CA or CPA would be an advantage but are not mandatory.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance and operational teams to improve cash visibility and support better planning.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through reconciliations, control checks, and timely follow-up.
• Support statutory reporting and audit activities by coordinating documentation and resolving queries.
• Contribute to monthly and year-end reporting cycles and identify issues needing investigation.
• Strengthen finance processes through better controls, workflows, and system improvements.
• Provide broader controlling support including project analysis and financial oversight as needed.
