Responsibilities include preparing statements, managing accounting ops, budgets, audits, and internal controls, while mentoring the finance team and partnering with senior management. This on-site Dubai DIFC position offers regional exposure and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Analytical with strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT and financial regulations
• Experience leading a finance team and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead full accounting operations: GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow statements.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and provide variance analysis with recommendations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and risk management procedures.
• Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support business planning, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
• Ensure statutory compliance with UAE laws and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage full accounting operations: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow reports.
• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and provide variance analysis with practical recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, IFRS, and financial regulations.
