To lead and manage the financial operations across multiple entities globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing group-wide financial reporting, consolidation, compliance, and strategic planning. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of international accounting standards, multi-currency operations, and intercompany financial management. You will report directly to the shareholder and play a key role in supporting decision-making at the highest level.
Role & responsibilities
Lead the financial management of a diversified group of companies across various countries and industries.
Ensure timely and accurate consolidation and financial reporting at the group level in accordance with IFRS or relevant local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic analyses directly to shareholders.
Monitor and manage intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and eliminations.
Oversee group cash flow planning, treasury operations, and currency risk management.
Ensure tax compliance and optimal tax planning across jurisdictions in coordination with external advisors.
Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with international regulatory and audit requirements.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all entities.
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Implement group-wide financial systems, policies, and procedures to support scalability and efficiency.
Support M&A activities, due diligence processes, and integration of new entities as required.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred).
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a group-level or regional controller role.
Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple countries/entities.
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, tax regulations, and transfer pricing.
Hands-on experience with group financial consolidation systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
High level of integrity, independence, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced, and cross-cultural environment.
Background in manufacturing, trading, or services industries.
Familiarity with cross-border compliance and legal frameworks.
