Infosys Consulting in Dubai seeks a Finance Consultant (Process/SAP) to lead finance transformation programs across AP, AR, GL, and closing processes. You will guide ERP transformation with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Oracle Fusion or Dynamics 365 and mentor junior consultants in a high-impact delivery role.

The role demands 10+ years in finance transformation, deep ERP expertise, and strong stakeholder management. Arabic is a plus; English communication is essential.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, ERP Consulting, Process Consulting, Shared Services or Finance Operations.
• Strong functional expertise across AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Financial Close, Reconciliations and Reporting.
• Experience delivering finance transformation or ERP implementation programs from process design through deployment.
• Strong knowledge of finance controls, compliance, governance frameworks and audit requirements.
• Professional finance qualification (CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA Finance).
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

You will work closely with CFOs, finance controllers, shared services leaders, business stakeholders and technology teams to design and implement solutions across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting and period-end close processes.This role requires a strong combination of finance domain expertise, consulting capability, SAP FICO knowledge and stakeholder management.
