About the Role

As the Finance Business Partner – Operations, you will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, automating finance processes, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of financial innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You’ll lead the Accounts Receivable team while supporting treasury, tax compliance, and system automation initiatives—including the rollout of our travel management system (Sriggle).

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team.
  • Promote a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and results.

Process & System Optimization

  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements across finance operations.
  • Support the implementation of Sriggle and other system interfaces.

Accounts Receivable

  • Oversee receivables, ensure credit policy compliance, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor customer balances, ageing reports, and manage debt insurance.

Treasury & Working Capital

  • Support liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and investment oversight.
  • Ensure collections and working capital management are optimized.

Tax & VAT Compliance

  • Support VAT compliance and automation in line with UAE regulations.
  • Ensure all invoices and transactions are VAT-compliant.

Risk Management & Internal Controls

  • Strengthen internal controls and risk frameworks in collaboration with Compliance.
  • Monitor financial risks including fraud and credit exposure.

Audit & Financial Governance

  • Assist in year-end audits, compliance reviews, and adherence to IFRS standards.
  • Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial operations.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years in a senior managerial role within a multi-site operation.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial controls.
  • Excellent Excel, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in theme/water parks or hospitality (4-5 star).
  • Ability to work under pressure and lead change initiatives.
