Finance Business Partner - META Partners

What's the Role

The Finance Business Partner will act as a finance director to the Sub Region META Partners team, driving transparency, compliance, and performance. This role is responsible for financial and performance management, compliance, and strategy development for Hilti's Distributor business in Africa, Central Asia, and Near East. The role is part of the META Partner Management Team.

What does the role involve

The purpose of this role is to lead and develop the finance function to achieve targets, promote productive growth, ensure compliance, and develop personnel. Responsibilities include leading financial decision-making, guiding the finance team, and balancing business opportunities and risks with strong market and business understanding. The role acts as a co-pilot to the General Manager, providing commercial and business expertise.

Scope: Head of Finance & Controlling / FBP for MO L. Reports to GM and is a member of the MO Leadership Team.

Candidate Requirements

• Master's Degree in Finance, or Bachelor's with advanced certifications (CMA, CPA, etc.)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management and controlling roles
• Expertise in Commercial Finance and Distributor Management is a plus
