What's the Role?

The Finance Business Partner will act as a finance director to the Sub Region META Partners team, driving transparency, compliance, and performance. This role is responsible for financial and performance management, compliance, and strategy development for Hilti’s Distributor business in Africa, Central Asia, and Near East, and is part of the META Partner Management Team.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to lead and develop the finance function to achieve set targets, promote productive growth, ensure compliance, and develop people. The role involves leading financial decision-making, developing, and guiding the finance team. The job holder needs to have a strong market and business understanding and the ability to balance business opportunities and risks. The job holder acts as a co-pilot for the General Manager, bringing in commercial and business expertise.

Scope: Head of Finance & Controlling / FBP for MO L. Reports to GM, member of the MO Leadership Team.
