Job Description :

• Formulate and implement financial strategies in the Middle East, including fund management, foreign exchange management, budget control, and investment decisions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and fiscal and tax policies of the Middle East, and maintain the accuracy of financial reports.
• Understand customer needs and project risks; support pre-sales bidding, contract financial risk management, and project delivery.
• Provide financial and management reports, analyze data, and support operational and business decisions.
• Forecast macroeconomic trends and market developments; analyze competitors; provide strategic advice for long-term growth.

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience in financial management, including fund management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Deep understanding of Middle East laws, regulations, and tax policies.
• Strong customer service and project management skills; ability to understand needs and manage risks.
• Regional financial management experience, team building skills, and proficiency in the local language.
• Experience in the new energy sector or at large multinational companies is preferred.
