Job description

Position Overview : As the Finance Business Partner at TikTok and a member of the Global Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s continued success across the global markets. This position is based in our Dubai office. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to key global monetization businesses, providing valuable insights to support business decision-making. You’ll be an integral part of the finance team, collaborating closely with other finance business partners and cross-functional teams across the organization. - Coordinate the budget planning process for global monetization : develop both short-term and long-term budget plans, monitor performance against budget, provide trend analysis to business leaders, and update financial forecasts on a regular basis - Work out P&L based on monthly closing data, draft monthly and quarterly financial reports, track key financial indicators, analyze the difference between budget and actual, and conduct drill-down analysis on key budget accounts - Independently and efficiently establish financial trackers and complete data consolidation, reconcile data with cross-functional teams and deliver robust data timely - Daily operation : Review OA project / contract / payment application, keep strong momentum on compliance. Support business daily needs from a finance perspective

Minimum qualifications : - 3+ years of Finance BP or equivalent work experience in content, media, or tech industry; across countries / time zones - Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business management, or a related field - Hard skills : data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis - Soft skills : great communication skills, strong logical reasoning, and critical thinking - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies Preferred qualifications : - Experience working across various locations / timezones and global organizations - Proven experience in complex financial planning and analysis, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end financial processes and full P&L management strongly preferred - Proficiency in Excel, SQL or similar tools preferred - Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable
