Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Toyota and Lexus B2B Finance team. This role is integral to our business, working closely with the brand FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team and other AFG (Al Futtaim Group) finance teams to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

What you will do

  1. Lead the budget and forecasting activities within the B2B (business to business) function, including preparing annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and inventory and accounts receivable forecasts.
  2. Prepare detailed reports and analyses for monthly reviews with B2B (business to business) management, including margin and expense analysis with commentary.
  3. Perform regular financial reviews and variance analysis to ensure business performance aligns with budgets and forecasts.
  4. Provide commercial support by assisting in preparing pricing proposals, reviewing volume rebate programs, and validating cost requirements.
  5. Conduct detailed annual reviews of extended warranty utilization models and ensure accurate accounting of warranty provisions.
  6. Work with the team to analyze products and provide management reporting dashboards.
  7. Oversee sales accounting and cash control, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
  8. Review and control indirect costs, ensuring accurate cross charges and site-wise allocations.
  9. Ensure adequate insurance coverage and support aged stock liquidation efforts.
  10. Review AR provision and facilitate timely submission of finance deal packs.
  11. Ensure compliance with finance SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and facilitate external or group internal audit reviews.
  12. Lead and supervise the finance team, providing training and support as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  2. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA, CA) is preferred.
  3. Proven experience in a finance business partner role or similar position.
  4. Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools, including SAP.
