Support the operations and management teams at Core42 by managing the assessment, negotiation, finalization, and implementation of commercial terms in all operational partner agreements. Continuously analyze, monitor, control, and forecast budget drivers to ensure budget targets are met. Design effective budget models for departments and corporate, advise business heads on meeting budget objectives, and present annual budgets to senior management.
Job Responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze financial information on costs and expenses; monitor, control, and forecast budget drivers.
- Ensure accuracy of charges, validate invoices and claims, and prepare detailed management analyses.
- Review and interpret business and financial data, providing valuable financial insights.
- Prepare month-end closing by inputting financial transactions and reviewing journal entries at both account and corporate levels.
- Conduct variance analyses and develop insightful financial reports and dashboards.
- Track monthly volumes by delivery model and assess financial impacts of delays.
- Calculate revised ACV and monthly charges based on changes in delivery models and volumes.
- Adjust charges for scope changes, clients, resources, or volumes.
- Apply relevant unit rates considering volume bands and delivery model transformations.
- Analyze financials of capabilities and service offerings to evaluate performance.
- Perform sensitivity analyses to understand the impact of volume and growth fluctuations.
- Investigate variances to identify trends and forecast future financial activity.
- Track MVC and flag potential shortfalls, incorporating customer satisfaction scores into MVC calculations.
- Ensure charges that meet capitalization criteria are capitalized.
- Incorporate market benchmarking impacts on unit pricing and charges.
- Collaborate with the CX team to account for churn and account losses.
- Track charges related to SOWs, ensuring accuracy and inclusion in MVC calculations.
- Monitor liquidated damages and deductions as per agreements.
- Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of inter-company transactions, accruals, billings, and payments.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary account activity information and correcting issues.
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- CFA / CA with MBA as a plus.
- Experience working with external and internal auditors and financial institutions.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive financial experience.
