Job summary
Shamal Holding, a Dubai-based diversified investment firm, seeks an Associate – Finance Automation and Systems Architect to drive automation and AI across finance and reporting, with ERP as the system of record. You will contribute hands-on to translate reporting needs into platform-enabled solutions and reduce manual effort and overhead.
Role focuses on Robotic automation, AI-enabled insights, and enhancing controls, accuracy and efficiency in the finance function while supporting digital
Qualifications
- Qualified or part-qualified CA/ACCA/CPA with finance IT experience.
- Bachelor in IT Systems Architecture/Finance or equivalent.
- Hands-on ERP experience and automation/AI interest.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance IT Systems; Big4 a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and build automation and AI opportunities in finance/reporting.
- Translate financial reporting requirements into platform-enabled solutions with ERP as the system of record.
- Ensure automated processes, robust controls, and audit readiness.
- Support adoption of AI and intelligent automation in financial reporting.
- Assist with enhancements, upgrades and digital initiatives for finance systems.
- Maintain knowledge of emerging technology and AI trends relevant to finance.
- Collaborate with finance staff and support business readiness as needed.
