Finance Associate

Role: Finance Associate

Contract Length: 8-10 months

Job Location: DIFC, UAE

Role Overview: To ensure the company’s corporate finance infrastructure operates efficiently and effectively at scale, liaising externally with service providers as well as internally with the firm’s investment operations, compliance, business development, and investment teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversight of all financial accounting processes
2. Liaising with outsourced accountants
3. Liaising with the firm’s investment and compliance teams

Skills/Competencies:

1. Consolidation skills with strong knowledge of IFRS, SMAs, and Shariah structures
2. Excellent attention to detail in both content and presentation of work
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Education/Experience:

1. Top Tier University Accounting/Finance graduate
2. Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, or equivalent)
3. 5+ years post-qualification experience with a family office or multi-asset manager
4. Working knowledge of Xero Accounting Software is critical
