Job description

Supports the Head of Financial Controls & Risk in ensuring the integrity of the General Ledger of the Bank and assists in setting up the Operational Risk Management Framework for Finance. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and seek a professional career in Finance.

The role involves supporting the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis with cost analytics, deep dives, and providing intelligent analytics for support functions.

Assist the Head of Controls & Risk in ensuring full implementation and compliance with financial control policies.

Help manage the operational risk environment within Finance.

Collaborate closely with business finance, operations, and compliance teams on controls-related activities.

Support audit activities and perform periodic cost analyses to identify risks and opportunities, providing insights for cost management and review.

Assist in preparing standard performance MIS and presentations on financial and non-financial KPIs.

Evaluate the effectiveness of governance, oversight, and control arrangements within the Group and recommend changes if necessary.

Work closely with support functions and business units for financial planning and analysis activities.

Ensure all processes within the Finance universe are supported, in collaboration with the Head of Controls & Risk.
