Job Summary
- Supports the Head of Financial Controls, Risk in ensuring the integrity of the General Ledger of the Bank and helps support and manage the setup of the Operational Risk Management Framework for Finance. The candidate should have a positive attitude and be seeking a professional career in Finance.
- The role will support the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis in performing cost analytics, deep dives, and providing intelligent analytics for support functions.
- Assist in ensuring that the financial control policy is fully implemented and complied with, supporting the Head of Controls & Risk.
- Manage the operational risk environment within Finance.
- Collaborate closely with business finance, operations, and compliance specialists on all controls-related activities.
- Support audit activities as required.
- Perform periodic cost analyses to support cost management, identify risks and opportunities, and provide analytics for review and decision-making.
- Assist in preparing standard performance MIS and presentations on financial and non-financial KPIs.
- Assess the effectiveness of the Group’s governance, oversight, and control arrangements, and oversee necessary changes.
- Support processes within the Finance process universe to ensure proper functioning.
