Job Description

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage payroll processing for internal employees and outsourced staff in compliance with UAE labor law and WPS (Wage Protection System).
  • Monitor receivables and payables, ensuring timely collections and vendor payments.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis activities.
  • Coordinate with operations and HR departments to align financial data with headcount and client billing.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing client invoices, ensuring alignment with agreed pricing and service terms.
  • Ensure VAT compliance, filing of returns, and maintain updated records for audit readiness.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Implement financial controls and contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee data.

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP systems).
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
