Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, including team direction, coaching, and performance management.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational oversight within energy, oil and gas, or related industries.
• Solid understanding of waste management technologies, sustainability practices, and environmental compliance in industrial operations.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including working with clients, partners, and regulators.
• Experience with financial management, budgeting, and profitability improvement in a technology or services-based organization.
