We're currently recruiting for aFinance Assistant to be based out of our Dubai office.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes, taking ownership to ensure completion and accuracy
  • Track and monitor client credit lines, escalating issues where necessary
  • Oversee timesheet submissions and approvals, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
  • Assist with revenue reconciliation, ensuring consistency between financial data and billing
  • Support the collection and maintenance of client contracts and associated financial records
  • Handle day-to-day client finance tasks, including invoicing, queries, and reporting
  • Perform P&L and balance sheet account substantiation and assist in month-end review processes
  • Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting schedules
  • Support the management of intercompany agreements and reconciliations across the wider group
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and controls
  • Assist with audit preparation and maintain required documentation for both internal and external audits
  • Carry out general administrative tasks to support the finance function and wider team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2 -3 years' experience in finance, preferably in media or professional services
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with relevant software (e.g., Maconomy)
  • Accurate and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Confident communicator, able to manage stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
