What will you be doing?
  1. Finance responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
    • Check invoices received against proper documentation and seek approvals.
    • Liaise with London EPU to ensure efficient processing of expense claim sheets and reduce operational risk.
    • Prepare and support (in conjunction with Finance London) monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as requested.
    • Support budget monitoring and expenditure.
    • Support tax-related tasks, including VAT filings and corporate tax returns.
  2. Administrative responsibilities:
    • Provide general administrative support in daily activities to the branches, including processing invoices, expenses, handling VISA matters, supporting flights and hotel bookings, answering queries via phone and email, scheduling, and assisting with project management.
    • Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facilities management.
    • Manage service contracts, insurance policies, and vendor relationships.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
    • Support HR functions with onboarding, transfers, and leavers.
    • Assist with DIFC visas and immigration documentation.
  3. Support administrative benefits programs such as life & health insurance, training sessions (First Aid & Fire Fighter).
  4. Take responsibility for any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by MD (GM or JGM).
