Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Finance Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting business growth while ensuring financial compliance in the Middle East region (particularly UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait). This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance business support with regulatory requirements, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

In this Role, you'll get to

1. Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
2. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives while maintaining compliance
3. Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, monthly closings, and financial reporting
4. Ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, handling VAT, WHT, and CIT filings and payments
5. Coordinate statutory and tax audits, effectively liaising with authorities and external partners
6. Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and policies
7. Proactively identify and propose solutions to financial challenges facing the business
8. Conduct training on expense reimbursement processes and ensure policy compliance
9. Support various business operations, including license renewals and regulatory requirements

What you'll Need to Succeed

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance roles, with significant exposure to Middle Eastern markets
3. Strong knowledge of IFRS and local financial regulations
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset
5. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
6. CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus
