Your new company
The role provides in-depth financial analysis, generate and communicate insights and propose solutions and actions based on the analysis conducted. Supporting the implementation of process improvements across departments and work groups.

Your new role

• Monthly Financial Consolidation & Reporting: Sales and cost allocation, proposing accruals and ensuring the balance sheet is maintained
• Financial Systems: Collaborate with Centre of Excellence/Shared service centre teams and local businesses to ensure data quality
• Verifying Transactions: Working with the distributor to check the accuracy and quality of the claims (sales variance account and all costs recharged)
• Monitor financial transactions, ensuring they are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Analysis: Perform all required variance analysis (actuals vs budget/forecast/PY)
• Support other functions: provide support to other departments when needed (supply chain, pricing, insights etc.)
• Projects - Work on different initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in Financial Systems SAP/BI, Advanced Excel User
• Strong analytical mind, highly logical, quick to grasp critical paths amongst numerous relevant/irrelevant factors, able to prioritise swiftly and correctly
• Excellent communicator at making numbers. Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (finance / non-finance teams, UAE leadership team
• Problem-solving, result-oriented, adaptable to working in a changing environment
