Finance Analyst

Job Description

Kinetic is working with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a finance analyst to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Analyze business and financial data.
• Conduct general account analysis, including bank statements, fixed assets, accruals, and expenses.
• Perform reconciliation and accounting transaction reports.
• Journal entries; keeping and making records of any transactions.
• Prepare and maintain important financial reports.
• Support management in developing financial models for business planning and decision support.
• Assist in financial audits and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Pharmaceutical experience is a must.
• Strong experience in GL accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and fixed asset management.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
