Job summary

B Reachgroup in Dubai seeks an experienced finance professional to build analytics, dashboards and MIS reports using Power BI and Power Query. You will prepare monthly financial decks, review balance sheets, and assist in finalizing P&L and cash flow with strong control over invoices in ERP systems.

The role requires 5+ years in similar positions, a BS in Accountancy and CPA/ACCA. Advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Build financial analytics, dashboards and MIS reports using Power BI.
• Prepare monthly financial decks in PowerPoint for management.
• Review balance sheet accounts and clear open items monthly.
• Assist in finalizing P&L, balance sheet and cash flow on a monthly basis.
• Prepare daily fund balance reconciliations.
• Review and book invoices in the ERP system (Navision/Microsoft Dynamics).
• Identify improvements to gain efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze accounts, flag discrepancies and implement corrections.
• Support other accounting and reporting tasks as assigned.

Job description

• Build financial analytics, dashboards and automate MIS report using Power BI, Power Query;
• Prepare monthly Financial Decks presentation for the management using Power Point;
• Monthly review of balance sheet accounts and clearing of open items;
• Assist in the finalizing of P&L, Balance Sheet Accounts, Cash Flow on monthly basis;
• Prepare Daily Fund balance reconciliations;
• Review and book received invoices in the ERP system business central;
• Identify, recommend, and assist in the implementation of best practices to gain efficiency and drive productivity;
• Analyse account, highlight, and/or prepare needed corrections for discrepancies;
• Support in other accounting and reporting tasks that may be assigned by the management.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Qualified Accountant (CPA) or ACCA is a must.

Skills:

• 5+ years experience in companies in similar positions of responsibility
