Finance AI Assistant

It requires experienced financial consultant based within United Arab Emirates with specialized experience and expertise to become part of the Client Distribution Internal controls team for the deployment of Smart AI Chatbot for Finance.

The consultant shall support IT in equipping the AI chatbot to respond to any queries related to the following areas. There might be more than one consultant working in the project as long as it is within the approved monthly cost. The appointment shall be for a period of six (6) months which may be extended depending on project status and requirements.

1. Internal Controls (IC) IC Regulations SCA, ADAA
2. IC Framework COSO
3. Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICFR) Risk and Control Matrices Entity, Process level and IT general controls.
4. ICFR Gaps related to current and prior periods
5. IC Training Materials Awareness sessions, Webinars, Flash emails
6. Finance policies and procedures (including IFRS)
7. Delegation of Authority
8. Financial Data (including but not limited to): Director's report
9. Financial Statements (Quarterly & Yearly)
10. Cash flows statements
11. Other financial data and analysis

The consultant shall also be responsible for the following:

1. Convert the file format (Excel, PDF, PPT, etc) for the required data/documents to be compatible with the AI tool
2. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the implemented AI tool
3. Identify areas of enhancement and improvement for the AI tool
4. Coordinate required data from business teams
5. Support in expanding the tool across different departments
