Finance Administrator

As we continue our exciting growth plans, we seek talented people to join us. We are currently hiring a dynamic Finance Administrator who will mainly assist the Finance team in day-to-day tasks and operations and support Senior Accountant to monitor and clear transactions on the Internal ERP system at Meydan Free Zone.

Key Accountabilities:

• Monitor and clear transactions on the Internal ERP system.
• Assist in vouching and verification of supplier invoices.
• Tagging accounts for customers and suppliers in the Accounting Software.
• Handling petty cash.
• Booking bills to the expense/cost accounts with supporting documentations.
• Assist Senior Accountant to perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheque, and credit card transactions; prepare daily management reports.
• Assist in audits when necessary.
• Supporting team members on all accounting processes when required.
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information
• Performing other tasks as assigned by line manager.

To join our team, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting or equivalent.
• Have basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• MS Office – Moderate proficiency; highly competent in Excel.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent bookkeeping knowledge.

Language skills:

• English.
• Any second language is desirable.
