Job summary

Careers International in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an experienced Manager - Finance & Accounts to independently manage the full finance function for our plastic manufacturing facility. You will handle financial reporting, banking, cash flow management, VAT, inventory control, and administration while working closely with senior management.

The role demands 7–10 years of Finance & Accounts experience, a degree in Finance/Accounting, and proficiency in Tally and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or commerce (CA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
• 7–10 years of finance & accounts experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Tally, MIS reporting, VAT, banking, and inventory accounting.
• Experience handling statutory audits and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end banking operations, including facilities and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS, accruals, provisions, and stock valuations.
• Monitor daily cash flow and working capital.
• Coordinate quarterly VAT workings and statutory audits.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll & HR admin tasks.
