Job summary

Careers International in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead the complete finance function for our plastic manufacturing facility. The role covers financial reporting, banking, cash flow, VAT, inventory control, and HR admin coordination with senior management.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in finance, a Bachelor’s in finance/commercial fields, and professional qualifications (CA/ACCA/CMA preferred).

Qualifications

Finance professional with 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing.
Bachelors degree in finance/accounting or commerce; professional qualifications preferred.
Experience with VAT, banking operations, and inventory accounting a must.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end banking operations, including bank facilities and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
Monitor cash flow and working capital; manage inter-bank transfers.
Coordinate VAT workings and statutory audits.
Oversee accounts receivable, payables, and supplier payments.
Supervise stores/inventory and stock valuation in Tally.
Coordinate payroll, HR admin, recruitment, and employee documentation.
