Job summary

TrueForge is seeking a Finance/Accounting Manager to oversee our financial health, budgeting, and reporting. You will manage day-to-day accounting operations, payroll, and month-end closing, while guiding strategic decisions and ensuring UAE regulatory compliance.

You’ll lead FP&A activities, monitor project finances, and provide insights to leadership for pricing and investments. This role requires integrity, clarity, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP and UAE regulations; FP&A experience; ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, payables/receivables, GL entries, invoices, and payroll.
• Prepare timely financial statements and present key findings to management.
• Lead annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting with department heads.
• Monitor project finances, track expenses and revenues to ensure profitability.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial/tax regulations and coordinate audits.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for pricing, investments, or cost optimization.
