Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and a recognized professional qualification (CPA/CA/ACCA/CFA) and have significant Big Four exposure in the MENA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and a professional accounting qualification (CPA/CA/ACCA/CFA).
• Extensive IFRS and IPSAS knowledge with strong analytical skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing client engagements in a Big Four context.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects or work-streams of small to medium size and complexity with data analysis and client meetings.
• Contribute to planning, delivery of engagements, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with clients and act as an ambassador for KPMG.
• Own deliverables with minimal leadership input and produce high-quality reports and proposals.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to risk management and business development.
