Job summary

A financial services technology firm in Dubai is seeking individuals with a strong understanding of Finacle Product Architecture and good knowledge in Oracle SQL and Unix. Candidates should have 5 to 12 years of experience, with an emphasis on best practices in coding and system design. Finacle certification is a plus. This position requires deep knowledge of the banking domain and Agile methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Good understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers.
• Finacle customization flow understanding (New custom menu, Reports - MRT & Jasper, Batch job, Product menu customization, FI, EOD-BOD process, and debugging)
• Experience in best practices to be followed in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) related to Finacle application.
• Experience in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing.
• Good understanding of Finacle Integrator and feasible enhancements to the same.

Functional Skills

• Finacle Core Banking Functional knowledge
• Good understanding of banking domain and terminologies used.
• Finacle certification from Infosys is an added advantage
• Experience with Finacle CRM and Admin modules (FINFADM / SSOADM)
• Experience in following best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and practices
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and system design across the organization.
• Research and benchmark technology against other best-in-class technologies.
