Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• 5+ years experience with Finacle Core Banking, including at least 3 years in the General Ledger module
• Strong understanding of double-entry accounting, financial reporting, and banking processes
• Experience in techno-functional roles involving functional analysis and basic technical tasks (queries, report development, scripting, etc.)
• Familiarity with Finacle scripting, APIs, COBOL (if applicable), SQL, and PL/SQL
• Experience with GL mapping, reconciliation tools, and automated posting logic in Finacle
• Exposure to EOD/EOM processes and accounting schedules
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Functional:

• Deep expertise in Finacle Core Banking Finance stream
• Implement, configure, and maintain GL module settings, Chart of Accounts, posting rules, and automated entries
• Gather and document business requirements, conduct gap analysis
• Participate in discovery sessions and recommend configurations
• Conduct user training and develop training materials
• Support SIT/UAT and assist users with business validation

Technical:

• Understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers
• Experience with Finacle customization flow, reports, batch jobs, product menu customization, FI, EOD-BOD processes
• Strong experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, triggers, functions
• Experience with Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, report designing
• Knowledge of Finacle Integrator and potential enhancements
