Our restaurant in Ajman is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Filipino Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining establishment The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry excellent leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional service

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling inventory management and ensuring quality standards are met
• Train and supervise employees on proper service techniques menu knowledge and company policies
• Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Filipino nationality preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a reputable establishment
