Job summary

Alfanar is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to monitor day-to-day site activities, ensure alignment with project plans, and uphold quality and safety standards on electrical construction sites in the UAE.

You will coordinate with engineers, supervisors, suppliers, and external parties to keep on-schedule execution, track progress, and maintain accurate records while supporting process improvements and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management or site coordination.
• Ability to monitor site operations and ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure alignment with project schedules and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and external parties to resolve operational issues.
• Track site progress and identify delays; recommend corrective actions.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and work plans; provide technical guidance on-site.
• Prepare and maintain site reports and inspection records.
