Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Telecom Technician in Abu Dhabi to perform field maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and equipment installation across oil and gas facilities. The role ensures reliable telecom networks, calibration checks, and thorough documentation while coordinating with engineers and external service providers.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in telecom maintenance, with exposure to network management systems and test instruments.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant telecom maintenance experience.
• Technical Diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Exposure to telecom equipment maintenance, network monitoring, fault finding, testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on telecom equipment.
• Perform corrective and breakdown maintenance across field locations.
• Respond to work orders within required timelines.
• Obtain required work permits and follow HSE procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance with telecom engineers and other disciplines.
• Update maintenance records and ensure accurate as-built documentation.
