Job summary

Bureau Veritas is seeking a Team Leader to lead and supervise the field inspection team for the Civil Condition Assessment Project at ADNOC Gas facilities in the UAE. You will ensure inspections are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and Bureau Veritas procedures.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, mentoring staff, ensuring QA/QC of records, and maintaining HSE compliance with RA/MS/JSA and Permit-to-Work requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil inspection, condition assessment, structural inspection, or infrastructure maintenance.
• Previous experience on ADNOC or major oil & gas projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily civil condition assessment activities at ADNOC Gas facilities.
• Plan and coordinate daily inspection activities per project schedule.
• Coordinate access permits, work permits, and logistics for field activities.
• Supervise visual inspections of civil and structural assets and ensure accurate documentation.
• Supervise engineers, inspectors, technicians, and supporting personnel; mentor inspection staff.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE requirements and BV QHSE procedures; stop unsafe work and report incidents.
• Ensure inspections meet project specs, ADNOC Engineering Standards, and BV procedures; review records and photos for quality.
• Prepare daily progress and manpower reports; coordinate with client representatives and subcontractors.
