Title: Field Services Dispatcher

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Role: Field Services Dispatcher

Purpose: Supervises the development of services in oil fields by controlling the execution of activities in accordance with the established service program, issuing management reports about the rendered service, providing technical assistance to the customer and ensuring suppliers’ assistance.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure supplier’s assistance by verifying performed tasks, controlling suppliers’ invoicing and communicating deviations to top management.
• Report on the rendered service, performance progress and any inconveniences. Participate in management reports by submitting indicators analysis results.
• Ensure accurate short- to medium-term forecast and availability of resources.
• Ensure job documents and POs are valid per customer requirements to ensure smooth invoicing.
• Ensure all jobs are dispatched per procedure PRD17306; jobs are loaded correctly in planner with zero backlog.
• Handle logistics from/to the rig site for the FISE team.
• Follow up FISE collections with Agent/collection team.
• Ensure FISE team passes/certificates are valid and renewed on time.
• Ensure FISE team PPE/tools or any other requirements are met and in stock.
• Comply with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards; adhere to all laws and regulations applicable to the area of responsibility.
• Protect facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to the area from damage, theft or misuse.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related studies.
• 3-5 years’ experience in logistics, preferably in Oil & Gas Field.
• Very good English skills (verbal and written) required.
• Business Management: willingness to learn the business manufacturing process, its context and evolution; maintain ongoing updates with supervisor and required reporting.
• Client Focus: ability to understand and respond to internal clients’ needs and problems by innovating workarounds to minimize downtime and optimize workflow.
• Professional Expertise: mastery and updating of technical and professional competencies of own unit; ability to build professional networks.
• Drive for Results: personal commitment, tenacity and energy applied to management; problem-solving to achieve results.
