Job summary
CDhorizon United Arab Emirates is seeking a skilled Service Technician – Heavy Earthmoving Equipment to join our UAE operations. The role focuses on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, graders, and related machinery to ensure reliability on critical projects.

Qualifications
- Diploma/ITI or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Technology, or Automotive Engineering is required.
- Minimum 5–7 years hands-on experience servicing, maintenance and repair of heavy earthmoving equipment (excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, graders, dump trucks).
- Proven experience with major brands such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, Liebherr or JCB is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and major repairs on heavy earthmoving equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and powertrain faults using diagnostics tools and schematics.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing to minimize downtime and extend component life.
