Job summary

Gradiant is seeking a Service Engineer to manage installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of RO systems and water/wastewater treatment plants in Abu Dhabi and abroad. You will interface with customers, Sales and Technical Support, travel offshore and to high-risk countries, and ensure HSE compliance while delivering high-quality service.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering, UAE driving license, and 6–8 years of post-qualification

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical or instrumentation Engineering.
PLC knowledge is essential for installation and commissioning.
Willingness to travel offshore and to high-risk countries for plant installation.

Responsibilities

Handle all service activities to ensure installation and operation of water/waste water treatment systems, including RO systems, STPs and ETPs.
Install, commission, repair and recondition equipment; attend to service contracts.
Interface with customers, Sales and Technical Support to resolve issues and improve performance.
Plan and execute site visits, organize resources, and ensure HSE compliance.
Provide technical training to clients and workshop personnel when needed.
Lead and supervise teams during missions and coordinate with Production Manager.
