Job summary

Nevertiti star tr in the UAE seeks a field service technician to install and commission jewellery machinery, travel across Dubai, Sharjah, Northern Emirates & GCC, and provide on-site startup support.

You will diagnose and repair electronic faults, perform preventive maintenance, read circuit diagrams, train customers, and work with diagnostic equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 2–5 years' experience servicing industrial machinery.
• Hands-on circuit-board repair and SMD soldering experience.
• Knowledge of power electronics, rectifiers, power supplies and induction heating systems.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, controllers, touchscreens and drives.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission jewellery machinery.
• Diagnose and repair machinery and electronic faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Train customers on machine operation.
• Troubleshoot circuit boards and electronic components.
• Read circuit diagrams and wiring schematics.
• Work with multimeters, oscilloscopes and other diagnostic equipment.
• Coordinate with international suppliers' technical teams for troubleshooting and support.
