Job summary

Burj Line Builders in the UAE seeks a field service engineer to install, diagnose and repair jewellery machinery across Dubai, Sharjah and the GCC, with customer-site travel.

You will read schematics, troubleshoot boards, work with test equipment, and train customers on machine operation. A Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics plus 2–5 years' experience is required, with a UAE driving licence and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Hands-on circuit-board repair and fine SMD soldering experience required.
• Knowledge of power electronics, rectifiers, power supplies and induction heating systems desired.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs, controllers, touchscreens and drives is expected.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission jewellery machinery.
• Diagnose and repair machinery and electronic faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Train customers on machine operation.
• Troubleshoot circuit boards and electronic components.
• Read circuit diagrams and wiring schematics.
• Work with multimeters, oscilloscopes and other diagnostic equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers' technical teams for troubleshooting and support.
